The ACTIVE MEGA line consists of high-speed machining centers with a fixed portal and a moving table solution characterized by a very compact and ergonomic line. The machines are equipped with linear motors on all the axes and a continuous two-axis working head. The design, with the help of the FEM system, has allowed to optimize the finite element calculation, making the structures of this model particularly rigid with the total elimination of vibrations during processing. If you add to this the low frictions and the high accelerations of the axes, we obtain all the characteristics that allow it to obtain particularly brilliant dynamic performances both in finishing and in roughing, to the advantage of the economy of the entire working cycle.
